3U Technologies provided end to end project management for the conceptual design, concept of operations and system integration of a portable cable laying system to be mobilized to a vessel of opportunity.  After conceptual design approval 3U undertook a systems engineering approach to the project and over the course of 18 months provided the customer with project management services to include system documentation, presentations and design reviews; cost projections; scheduling; procurement documentation (SOW, RFP/RFQ); vendor evaluation and  selection; system integration & validation; system mobilization – demobilization; and at-sea operations.
